I was almost laughing when I heard about this and I was hoping for getting that what we have been asking for so long time.
But well, I dont find any replace spell/strike for MS, just the nerf. Now I dunno should I cry or laugh.

Just putting a 'blue' up in here to confirm the removal of the reduced healing effects on flametongue spells on the PTR.

The good thing about the test realm is that things like this can be tested without any permanent impact on players.

In this case the testing revealed that this change was a bit much at this time.
