I was checking the WOW US warrior forums untill i saw this post:

http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=53495859&sid

wich contains this:

Blizzard, here is an idea. Warriors got screwed with this patch. Royally.

*EVERY* other class got a buff. A big one. Sure, I'm sure each class got it's variance of 'minor nerfs' to certain things to bring them more inline, but with the new talents, ect, every class in general got more powerful.

Except warriors.

Now everyone is saying 'just wait till you get new gear'. And that is *exactly* the problem. Warriors are the ones who are *most* gear dependant. It's the reason we got nerfed in the first place.

Warriors with epics own more than mages with epic. Why? We scale to our gear. Mages do, but not *nearly* to the degree of a warrior. Warriors are their gear. Period.

So, the problem is this then. The talent trees are currently set up to assume that players are, or will soon be, level 70. They assume level 70(ish) gearing. For most classes, being in level 60 epics isn't that big of a drawback. Why? Because they don't scale *as much* as warriors do with their gear. Even rogues, who are very arguably the second most gear dependant class, aren't *as* affected, though growing pains are, and will be, felt there as well.

So, the question is then, what have you done to balance warriors back into the spectrum of 'playable' during the two months (or near enough) of play that they will be playing with only a % of their character compared to others as far as game balance is concerend?

Nerfed Rage generation.

Thats right. Instead of soothing wounds by leaving the rage generation nerf off until BC, you hit us with it all at once. Gave us a chance to realize how truely underpowered our lvl 70 skills are because, after all, we will only really become 'equal' to your expectations when we have level 70 gear. Based on rage vs. power, with our current gear, even Devastate is useless. Seriously, Sunder generates equal threat and, with Imp Sunder, is *much* more efficient.

Seems fair right? Ontop of that, instead of trying to staunch the flow of tears and curses coming from warriors, you instead announce that you ALSO intend to nerf not only +weaponskills (yes, warriors, be afraid, be very afraid) but +*defense* as well, and intend to give us ANOTHER tank stat that we have to try and balance in, resilience. Yes, please, can you wrap whatever your going to stick in my rectum with sandpaper as well? Oh no, you don't need the lube. That will do quite nicely.

I wish we could get a clear answer on this. Please. What is Blizzard's intent with warriors? Is it to make them all worthless in PvP? (which is frusterating anyways if your not geared by raids first) Is it the intention of blizzard to send every warrior back to the bank to get his shield so he has SOMETHING to hide behind before the next nerf?

The fact is, the rage normalization was done poorly. Instead of bringing a classes power in line, you have destroyed the viability of a class in PvP. The fact is, warriors everywhere should be retiring their warriors and leaving their guilds without tanks.

Warriors are no longer meatshields in PvP. We no longer are able to be 'the front line.'

I would like to point out to Blizzard what *should* have been done with other classes. I would like to point mainly to the *rogue* talent trees. They are extended, they have 41 points, but it is *by no means* the same talent tree that rogues will have in BC. Instead, they have an intermediary. Some inbetween piece of garbage that keeps things from getting out of hand by giving them the skills and talents they want to play with, without giving them *all* the goodies. The sub tree doesn't even have the right 41 point talent.

But, the fact is, people are still playing the game. Warriors, for all their complaining, will still log on to get their asses handed to them. Many will hunt down the few ways to make themselves 'viable'. Warriors in general may stop PvPing unless they are *seriously* well geared, AQ40 at the minimum.

So, I guess I'm just QQing. We know, as a community, that you will ignore this post, considering it either an unsolvable problem, or one that will quickly solve itself.

So, I guess, in conclusion, we are going to bend over and take it.

Blizzard, thank you for ignoring this post.

Alright, if that is the case, I'll take it down. But lets see a vote first.

/sign if you thing this is correct.

/veto if you thing I'm QQing and warriors atm are fine and that you think we are, or close enough to, balanced.

So yeah....when i saw this post it was already 15 PAGES long with most of them /signed!
I wanted 2 sign also immediatly but then i came 2 the conclusion that i cant login on the US Forums

Petition and /sign threads is not what these forums are for. Feel absolutely free to repost the first post leaving out the /sign part though.

Thank you.
