I noticed i cant get to lvl 61, i am 1 xp off, therefore i just bought tbc and entered disk 1 and it automatically ran the trial, am i right i guessing i have to do a complete uninstallation and re install? and bwt my 10 day trial is still active but i wanna upgrade it to tbc

You don't have to reinstall the entire game, just update your account with the cd key you got in the box. Log in to Account Management here (there is a link from the frontpage as well):
