Older players like me sometimes find it very difficult to integrate into what is largely, a young community.

Perhaps you could create a realm with older players in mind.

No need to enforce anything, just make it clear that if an older player wants to be around older players then they should consider X realm.

This would at least allow older players to gravitate to a community that might be more to their liking.
