Sick of hunters
by Iceoise | 04/01/2008 10:37:04 Hi, I've asked around and talked to people to see what I'm doing wrong in pvp and how I can increase my chances against a hunter with both ranged and melee as well as a pet, as a mage. I don't feel it's very fair that given only blink and nova as escapes but still can't outrun the pet. I'm nearly 59 and simply don't have a chance even against much lower level hunters. I've started a hunter on a pvp server now and am amazed at the range of autoshot even at level 5. Was it my mistake to want to be a mage? I'm all for there being degrees of skills but im close to giving up now. I looked at the classes on my server the other night and 90% of them were hunters. I wonder what the point of having any other class is? Why not just do away with them all and we'll all be hunters. While we're at it, make them able to fire sitting down and for raids we'll all just sit at the top of a hill and let the pets do all the work while taking pot shots at passing wildlife. Does anyone have any tips or anything that I've missed that evens up the odds? It's really starting to get me down. Cheers Ice |
