New mutilate is sick. Insane dmg burst.

Hotfixing it is a must. around 3k dmg from mutilate with 120 energy can be spammed with addtion you are stuned all the time.

Today I have noticed that mutilate rogues are even instagibing most of classes (mostly those without any escape mechanizm), not like retris but still. Tone down a little bit.
