Shammy nerfed WAY TOO MUCH

I here to wine :) i believe that shammys have been nerfed way too much as soon as soemthing good goes our way blizz take it away i belive that we should get back the old earth shock with out threat ofc

windfury atck power should be increased and the chance to proc i think that some of the enchance talents are awfull eg shammanistic rage = not good should be changed to something dmg related and cd on elementals should be ruduced as other classes get imba abilities that our intance eg ice lance
