I thought the new BSG was brilliant and am hoping Caprica will lead somewhere interesting.

Also love Stargate (Pure Comedy Gold) but the new SGU is a bit slow so far.

Vaeil to be honest that depends on the company, and the country. It's my experience that job applications usually are responded to faster in the US than the EU in general, though that also varies from company to company.

A "nice" general rule of thumb is that the larger the company, the larger the likelihood that recruitment has longer approval processes.

Not really a big fan of Star Trek in any way. Sure, I've watched most of them, but they're just time sinks to me. Unlike BSG where I was actually really excited about each new episode, Star Trek just fails to capture my attention beyond "well at least it's something to do".

My job is in Community, not HR; and - I don't know other Managers' schedules and workload. Your best bet is to contact our hiring offices or asking straight up during an application.
