The Royal Council of Silvermoon.

The Council will be something like "SQUARERP" only the Council will not have any territory. Thus if anyone would want to say that they want to support the Council as a Blood Elven Player or Blood Elven Guild or Horde Guild. Pleas say so here.

History:
After the funding of the High Elven Kingdom the first kings of the Sunstrider's, in memory of the betryal of the Queen of the Night Elves, funded The Royal Council of Silvermoon. The instatution was made to prevent the king or queen of the high elves to become corrupted. Allowing high standing nobles and wise elves to speak their mind to their ruler and in this way have some influence over him or her.

Over the years this Council have however in the most part, given up there legal power to dethrone there suvren and more and more become a council concerned only with the magical workings of the world. Thus when Quel'Thalas came under attack by the undead the King ordered the members of the council to disband and join the army instead. This in turn lead to the death of many of the finest High Elven nobles and mages.

Now however this is the grandest of powers in the abscence of Prince Kael’thas Sunstrider. As many of the members of the Council plan the Prince ascension to King, othere are more intrested in the present rule of their kingdom.

Council meeting rules:
The fact of the matter is that our 2 first meetings has been chaotic to say the least. Thus I have post these rules in the hope that they will be followed. And that the following meetings will be more orderd.

1) The Chairman will give the word to whom ever askes for it. The one who has the word, has it untill they say that they are done speaking. Or deamed AFK or in another way absent. All otheres are to be silent when untill they have the word.

2) At every meeting one member is chosen as the vote counter. The vote counter counts the votes.

3) The chairman will call for the votes. When the Chairman calls for a vote there will be no more debating the question only a quick vote and nothing more.

4) If the chairman gose AFK or absent in any other way he/she will chose a new chairman to act on their behalf.

These guidelines MUST be followed at all times if you have placed yourself into the Guild Pact, failiure to comply will result in sanctions dealt with by the Chairmen of the Council

Guild Voting system:
Every guild has 3 sets for the meetings of the Council. Thos every guild has 3 votes on the meetings. However nothing stopps the represenatives of a guild to vote against their leader. All free members have one vote betwen them, no matter how many they are.

The Iron Ring: has been presant at 3/9 meetings

Free members of the Council:
Jakino: has been presant at 4/9 meetings
