Retrieving Account?

I am writing this on behalf of my friend because he cannot log to his account, which seems to be hacked (Keylogger probably).
Also he couldn't retrieve it via the Password to email, because the Email he has registered with has been deleted!
We filled the Authencation key ect. form on the site for reset, but it has been a week now and no answer?

Anyhow i have now scanned his computer free of keyloggers, or other stuff and its now clear.

The typical waiting time for the web form is around 1 week, so if your friend hasn't heard back yet it shouldn't be much longer. That said, support over the phone can sometimes be faster in cases where our Billing team are able to assist, so it might be an avenue worth pursuing. Please bear in mind they are equally as busy, and it may involve quite a wait on the phone if your friend chooses to call them:
