I just got pissed because I could not be helped with getting my arena points back since I made a mistake buying Vengeful legs.. The reason why I could not get the points back was simply because a change in the policy regarding item restoration that have been changed from 7 days to 3 days.. I was certain that I had the 7 days on me to take care of this since I was in a rush and then I was away for the weekend and now 5 days have elapsed and they cant help me ..
The topic in this part of the forum that says "Policy Change - Item Restoration" have had 2000 views in about 3 weeks.. Maybe you guys should figure out a way to ge this info out 1. faster 2. more efficient! Since you have made me dissapointed I hope no more people will be just because of this!
Very annoying!

Hi Dispute,
The thread concerning the change in our item restoration policy was first posted on the 21st April, which we consider to be more than enough notice for players. In addition, this change was also clearly documented in what I would think was the most appropriate place, our Character and Item Restoration Policy Page:
http://wow-europe.com/en/policy/restoration.html
Q u o t e: Although we have gone to great lengths to ensure the integrity of the data on our servers and the safety of our players' virtual "property" (though all data on the World of Warcraft service is the property of Blizzard Entertainment, we use the term "property" to describe characters, items, and in-game currency), occasionally players may lose this virtual property against their wishes. Whenever possible, our Game Masters (GMs) will step in and attempt to reunite players with these lost characters and items. This document serves to specifically describe how we will address these instances. Please note that if you wish to have an item or items restored, you must submit your request within three days of the loss.
If you are unhappy with the decision not to offer assistance in this case, then you can Email your complaints to us at WoWconcernsEU@blizzard.com.
