Well, it was back, and yes it was looking good. It's not an indicator of 'not knowing what's going on' but simply stating the information to hand.

We have all hands back on deck checking out the situation. We'd appreciate it if you take a leaf out of the book of the posters I quoted at the top of this post and remain civil. Thanks.

I think the patience of people are pretty much used up, this problem have been going on for about a month now, several posts have been made regarding this and they have either been removed, locked or completely ignored, so tbh its pretty obvious why people start acting like this in end, you cant expect us to act civil when you have 0 respect for your customers, so please stop with the bs and just give us the facts.
We understand and appreciate that patience can only go so far before frustration and anger overtake. It's expected, and we sympathise entirely. We also do not find it fun when this happens - in fact, it's frustrating for us too when issues like this occur. What helps us remedy the situation is clear and concise information, not rage and rudeness.

One thing we're not in the business of doing is handing out the details and natures of the issues, though, so don't expect that to change any time soon.

We do understand hardware and software. We do understand how everything comes together, and at times, you cannot avoid problems. Such is the nature of technology. Trust in us that we are, and always will do everything we can to remedy such matters as efficiently and effectively as possible.

We cannot always respond to postings in the forums when these things crop up. We do sleep from time to time. :) The same cannot be said for our technical guys who keep the cogs spinning, so even if things are quiet in the forums you can be safe in the knowledge that a hardened crew of tech-heads are working their fingers to the bone to solve such issues as and when they crop up.
