280->310?

I got swift flight form, season drake, 10m achv drake 310%, hc dungeon red drake, nether ray, netherwing, x-53, celestial, albino.

Are all of them 310? Or some will stay 280. Especially I wonder does swift flight form change? I'm defienetly going to keep swift only if it's 310.

The mounts do not change flight speed unless otherwise stated in the tooltip:

In Cataclysm the plan is to allow level 85 characters to train 310% flying at which point all flying mounts will become 310%. Players with a 310% mount would be given the skill cost free.

To give a straight answer:
Only Swift Flight Form, X-53 and Celestial Steed will scale up to 310%. The others stay 280% (at least until Cataclysm. We just hope the plan makes it through to live ;))

The Horseman's Mount also works in this way, I believe. You are right in that plans can change also.
