Pvp gear bugged?

I can find gear with +healing, +dmg, +stats, +resillience, +crit etc. etc. but i cant find any with +hit on it. Is the vendor bugged or did they create some new ones i havent found? <Someone>: **** STUPID ****ER. This is not a bug, and is considered by us to be working correctly.
