As you all know, in arenas a druid can keep one person out of the action forever with cyclone. They can cyclone a healer and kill the dpser with no problems.
The only way to counter this is to put a cooldown to cyclone, like 20 seconds before you can use it again. Please do that.
Or make silencing shot with no cooldown also, so they can't cast cyclone ever again.

We should put a cooldown on trolling :-(
