Yes and we are aware of this and actively investigating. Also, you will need to copy a character to a public test realm before being able to play.

But to reiterate, we're looking into the character copy issue now and will resolve it as soon as we can.

You appear to be confused. The US PTR realms were made live at exactly the same time as the European (and Korean) PTR realms. The US are also experiencing the same issues with character copy currently being inaccessible. Wherever possible we always try and ensure that things like this are done at the same time.

We posted about this above and won't be able to repeat ourselves -- but the character copy is currently inaccessible and we are working on making it accessible as soon as humanly possible. Please be patient with us. ;-)

There are a few issues in total -- we are working to resolve them all.

It is possible that, as it is late in the EU evening, we might not be able to update this thread until tomorrow morning. But we ask people to remain as patient as possible -- even if we are not posting here, work still goes on. We'll do our best to get people into the PTR as soon as we possibly can.
