Possibility to change character race

greetings!
was wondering if there ever might be consideret possibility to change race of an existing character.
as for example some racials had been changed ower the years, making first choice not so pleasant one anymore.
even if it might be one time payed service. plx consider it.
as not always ppl might be keen to reroll again and again.

Race change will not be implemented, sorry.
