Poor Support From Blizz

Well a good few months back i believe my account was hacked off me. Anyway il go into detail. I have been away for some time because of a family death, a close relative of mine, soon after my parents split. I havn't had much wow time either because of my GSCE's so when i finally do get to play wow, i attempt to log in to find my password has been changed along with my e-mail. I immediately reported this, supplying my cd key my secret q and answer, (You know the sort of stuff they will ask for) about a week later i got a reply. I was like finally i can play my game again, but.. it was a e-mail saying i needed to supply a postcode, i was not happy. I would have thought the information i supplied would have separated me from a scammer. I did as they said and sent yet another e-mail, 2 weeks later, No reply. Since my first e-mail i have sent 3 more with no reply from either. It has been about a month now.
I am still waiting for a reply from blizz to play my much loved game. I am not really happy with the support i am getting here.

This is my brothers account, i was hoping maybe a forum GM could assure me i will be getting a reply and not left in the dark.

Thanks gg blizz :)

Hi Duman,

I'm afraid this is not something the in-game support team are able to assist players with. Our account administration team have absolute authority when dealing with a compromised account, and if they have deemed that the information you have provided is insufficient to verify account ownership, then that decision is final.

The best way to ensure that you have sent us all of the requested information is by filling in our Security Web Form, at:

http://www.wow-europe.com/support/securitywebform/securitywebform.html?lan=en

If you fill in all the fields on this form, then this should be enough for us to return your account to you. You can find further information on How to Recover a Compromised Account at:

[Guide] How to Recover a Compromised Account

Also, I would strongly recommend that you read the following threads on PC and account security:

____- New Trojans found by Launcher
[Guide] How to REALLY avoid getting hacked.

Best of luck!
