PoM CD affects other classes more then priest

its only on PTR but might come live!

so to all NON PRIESTS going /lol and say "ur pom has 20 sec cd soon lololol" pls realize that
your healers for groups/raids will be soon on cooldown (random 5-15 hours) as well ^^

Remember that it is still in testing stages, and we are currently evaluating the length of the cooldown, which might be adjusted.
