I tried double clicking WoW icon on my desktop a few times, was stuck somehow, and eventually it ran, I logged in and then another window of WoW popped up, because I double clicked more than once.. so I'm wondering since I have 2 accounts at the moment. Is it possible to play from those 2 accounts at the same time and on the same PC as well? Or I should have another PC with another copy of WoW installed on it? And is it against the rules or not?

If you do want to play two accounts on the same pc at the same time it is highly recommended that you copy the entire WoW folder and run two separate instances of WoW. Otherwise you might end up looking at some crashes..
