PLAYER HOUSES!!! =)

Hey i was just thinking about this idea...ther are a lot of empty and plain houses about in WoW with nobody living in them so i thought maybe you should turn them into mini instances in which players can use as ther own private house, but ofc these houses should only be usable by the owner of the house so u could maybe restrict all players except the person who bought the house for say....10k gold?:)
Inside you could include things like an extra storage space for players and it could also be like an inn where u can hearth to or get rest mode. Just a suggestion:)
