Petition : Feral Druid S3 4 set Bonus change

15% more speed in all fomrs is pretty good i think but speed isnt a problem of ferals imo i sugest to change s3 4 set bonus to similar 4 set bonus of Moonglade Raiment (Reduces the mana cost of all shapeshifting by 25%.)
