oK DONE being mr.nice guy is a load of bull%#*# hear me BULL%#*# seven days SEVEN DAYS! i have had my character LOCKED out and unable to play. Seven days i have been given run around by you bastard! seven days i have goten NO ANSWERS what so ever to why you will not take my visa, seven days of trying to get my card to go through for transfer and trying 3 differant cards and getting same @#!!ing issue.

so do me a @#!!ing favor, get off your lazy @#!!ing asses and contact people need to be contacted and get them in touch with me. Because SICK of waiting for you guys to do you god damned job. The same card i pay for every month and have used since 1.6ish same card i have used for every MMO i have ever played! and suddenly out of the @#!!ing blue you refuse to take it? i dont wanna hear the " contact billing reply for you guys, what i wanna hear is " ok issue resolved you can transfer now and its free cause we suck that much!" i refuse at this point to pay for this service.

Here is what going to do blue, first gonna pick up phone and gonna call billing and gonna have them look up my case file. Next gonna get them to fix god damned probelm(no its not insuffient funds, and its not being blocked by my bank ITS YOU!) and transfer my character AND no not paying for this service at this point. I think forcing me to be unable to play for 7 days straight on my main, is compensation enough if your customer support wasnt so damned bad wouldnt happen to begin with.

i am THIS close to canceling my account, and buying age of conan and saying @#!! it, cause i am just sick and tired of run around, bull %#*#, and hassel you give me all the god damned time.
