Payment Rejected for the 5th time.

Greetings,

I've been trying to migrate my mage for the last 5 days. I've tried approximately 8 different credit cards, 5 of them mine while 3 of them are my friends. All of them had payment rejected and I get the tear fulling three tries page everyday. Just wanted to know what the problem is, or if I'm the only one experiencing this.
