Payment rejected - cant work around it

I know that my card works, Ive used it many times to move my chars, I got money, the bank allows it, I filled in name etc. correct. Now, I cant do *%%% with my char. And when I call the billing support they say "blizzard support work days are mon - thursday, 10.30 am to blablabla. ARE THEY 1 HOUR LATE FOR WORK? If I cant contact support, how the hell am I supposed to work around this? precious time is ticking blues.. Do something, hundreds of people cant suddenly have the same problem just because they have dones something wrong. YOu should realize that.. and do contact the swedish billing support and tell them to wake up, cause this is a fcking disgrace. FOCUS! |
