Payment Problems - Account and Billing

Players who are having payments rejected or any issues regarding a failed payment at this time will need to directly contact our Account and Billing team, to receive assistance. For security reasons we are unable to offer any assistance over the forums for this issue or any other payment based issue.

If your payment is rejected, then it can be for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to :

- Lack of funds on the card
- Card may not be used on the internet
- Card is protected by Verified by Visa (not supported by us)
- Card may not be used for recurring payments, subscriptions
- The bank thought the payment was suspicious because it was different from your normal activities with the card
- Wrong details such as name, expiration date or verification code

There are other reasons why the payment may have been declined. In order to resolve the payment, we would ask that you contact the Billing team by telephone or by email if telephone is not possible. A customer service representative will be able to assist you in identifying the issue with the payment, and to successfully make the payment if more information is required.

Please be aware that both PCT and Character Name Change use a different validation method for payments from subscriptions. If your subscription is paid by your card, it doesn't mean that the same card will be accepted for PCT.

Resolving many of these issues requires access to confidential payment information related to your account, only the Billing specialists will be able to assist you, and we will not be able to answer queries on these matters on a public forum.

The Billing team are currently assisting a large number of players by email, so at this time it may be faster to contact them by phone, where possible. Please make sure you have all the information ready to hand including your account information and payment method information so that the Billing specialist can assist you promptly.
