I'm currently downloading the PTR Patch, and it just stopped downloading at 98% and now it's just uploading like hell but not downloading at all. Why is that?
I see several of the connection that has 100% but it still won't download anymore.

Fix please.


Also, the HTTP Direct Download doesn't work. I tried to disable the P2P and it just removed the upload, but didn't download the last 2% I needed.
