Paid Name Change
by Parasite | 05/08/2008 19:37:27 Hi there, i am currently trying to change my characters name via the paid name change option in the secure section of the site. when i pick the name i want, it says that name is unavailable. yet i can have that name as a toon on my server?? anything im doing wrong? update: my alt can have the name im wanting... is it because this toon was once called that name and you cannot go back to names you once had?? I recommend you first write it, then immediately edit it out to stop someone trying to snipe the name from you. :) I can recover the edits made and check to see why this might be happening. Xaldavan. My recommendation in this case would be to contact our Account and Billing department. I'm sure they will be able to assist in this case.
