Paid Character transfer PROBLEM

Hi all, I hope you can help me with this issue: I've done all the process to transfer one of my characters from my first account to my second account. to be able to play WoW with my brother. It seems that the process is almost ended, because i received an e-mail from Blizzard that want me to make the last part of this procedure, the payment; but now when I write the data of the credit card and all the payment info I notice an error saying "PAYMENT REJECTED". I try this even with another credit card, but with the same result. Now, because I'm ALREADY PAYING my second account (I had to activate it before I can transfer my character) and I'm not using it (I did this only to be able to play with my char. on the second account!), I would really like to know how can I solve this problem!
I've got a credit card where is written "Visa Electron", specifically it's a "POSTE-PAY" card very common here in Italy.
