I've had TBC since it came out but still haven't been to Outland. :) Is there something wrong with me?

No there is nothing wrong with you... Levelling fast and playing a lot is not a requirement, and not everyone are playing so much that they can reach level 70 within a few months. I actually know several people in real life who haven't been to Outland yet, in fact some of them haven't even levelled above 50 yet and they have been playing since shortly after WoW was launched in Europe :-)
