Ommra and tin foil hats

Now, while you were probably in the right with locking the thread, you need to know something. The Tin foil hat comment. It's not getting old. It's long past old. It was past old as soon as the CMs started using it to dismiss threads, whether rightly or wrongly. Not only is it past old, but it's insulting. And I'm sorry, but the performance of blizzard's feedback isn't strong enough that you can get away with being insulting. I'm sure you all mean it as a joke, but it doesn't get taken as one ESPECIALLY when legitimate complaints get dismissed as paranoid conspiriacy theories. And yes, the fact that paladins have become a support class IS A legitimate concern, even if comments on warhammer aren't. Hell, it wasn't a particularly funny joke when it WAS april fools, why do you think it's particularly funny now? So -please - make more useful comments than off-the-cuff bad jokes that are simply going to insult parts of your player base? Or is 'tin-foil-hat' now part of the required script? Divine Shield against the nerfs! What do you mean the devs have a priest? |

Since we don't do that (but rather move them to the Off-Topic forum) I thought it was too much of a conspiracy theory, hence the boring joke. Don't try to find problems when they aren't there. |
