There has been a racist topic on the newcomers forum for almost two days. It has been reported multiple times but has not been removed. Since the topic is a clear violation of the Code of Conduct, it needs to go. Considering that the person who started the topic is on a trial account and obviously just trolling, permanent ban is in order, but CMs have done nothing.
