Hello Blizzard , do i look like an idiot ? i waited 3 weeks for the damn item's lost and NOTHING happend. Don't tell me again to wait because there are many lost items, I REALY REALY REALY dont BOTHER ! i want my items BACK or i won't pay this account anymore. Yes it's my bad that i don't have security on PC (now i have) but it is your problem that you don't have many people who investigate those accounts. That is annoying, i don't wanna wait ANYMORE ! im very very frustrated with this problem.

If you have submitted a web form to our Account Administrators and it was sent successfully with no errors, and you still have access to the e-mail you supplied with the web form, then a reply will be actioned as soon as possible. I have looked into this for you, and I can see that your account was passed to our account administrators for investigation into your items, but it was not locked as we deemed your account to be secure.
