Not another build thread

Ok I really am sorry for yet another build thread, I know for 1 they do get boring at times.

But I have a problem, and want some suggestions from my fellow warlock players out there.

At the present moment I have the build 0/40/21, for heavy SB crits, and I must admite there nice, and I do some nice damage in raids and 5 mans.

Now for my little problem I love the affliciton/demo build (the HP it gives is jsut godly.) But during my Kara raid that I went to I was just not doing the damage that justifys my spot in the 10 man raid, and hence why i am now my current build.

So what i want to know is does it improve the better gear that you get or, should I really just stay my demo/destr build.

Or is it just a case that I need to practice applying dots etc, and it would work out that I do the same damage if not more than SB spamming.
