I was unable to access it, and since i no longer can remember the secret pass and dont have access to the registered email, i couldnt retrieve my password. My advice would be to submit a new web form to our account administration team (the form can be found at http://www.wow-europe.com/support/securitywebform/securitywebform.html ?lan=en), filling in all of the requested fields as you go.
