No confirmation email

There is a confirmation message once a web form is successfully sent on the website however, and if there were any problems then your friend will have been notified at that stage. Please be aware that the current response time for queries to our account administration department is longer than usual, and players with account problems can currently expect to wait around two to three weeks for a response.
