I understand that there have been aot of threads recently about new realms being put up or re-rolling to an old realm, yet those post do not have the definitve answer to what i am looking for.

1. I've heard that there are plans of a new realm being put up after the release of the new content patch Black Temple

2. If not Is there any plan in the not to distant future of a new realm being put up either a PvP / Normal?
