My Blizzard experience today.
by Dwaldor | 31/03/2008 19:07:53 So I was there doing Heroic Magister's Terrace with my group, we had killed all bosses and was now gonna charge in to Kael'thas. We got him down to about 80% before everyone of us got DC, and when we tried to log back in it said login servers weren't available. When we finally came back in (around 10minutes later) we saw that all trash was respawned and we were standing at the beginning of the instance. Ok we said and sucked it up, and began to kill trash. But when we came to the first boss room, we noticed that the door was locked and we couldn't pass. So I made a GM ticket about it, after about 20min of "wait time currently unavailable" I see that the status of my ticket changes to something like "Your GM ticket will soon be serviced". After about 1-2minutes my GM tickets disappear, and I'm asked to fill out a GM survey regarding the responce to my ticket. I DIDN'T get a whisper, email or any help from any GM. Now I'm sitting here whining while I've my 2nd gm ticket up. Wait time currently unavailable. Hope someone else had a better day. ps. if I could get some help from blue regarding our blocked door inside MGT I'd be happy. Nyman. |
by Issuntril | 01/04/2008 10:52:25 Hi Dwaldor, I am glad to see that this was finally resolved by you, and I have to agree that the level of service offered in-game here was most impressive, even by my own high standards. :) I will be sure to pass your praise over to Yarsend and Snuiild, but if you wish to do so yourself, then you can do so by Email to WoWconcernsEU@blizzard.com As for the issue itself - this is something which we now have procedures in place to address, and we should be able to offer assistance with this kind of problem faster in the future.
