My account is hacked while a guy plays on it

Basically , I posted a ticket on the support site along with a copy of my ID card and the game CD keys, 1 week passed already without any answer on the email that I've provided, and the reason I am writing here is because a gold farmer is using my account 24/7 in Nagrand and SMV, ruining my reputation and so on. If possible at least suspend my account until you can investigate the compromise.

I am sorry to hear what happened to your account. Unfortunately we are not able to lock this account until we have received confirmation from you by web form and have processed the web form. If you make a trial account and register it with the e-mail you sent the web form from and post here again, then I would be more than happy to take a look and see what is happening with your account.
