Dear Pandas,
A guildie of mine - Lizi - Completed Oculus heroic with me and was not granted the achievement... like a good coven member I advised her to open a ticket which she did. A kind GM said they would help her.... that was two weeks ago :(

Pls could someone take a look at what has happened here, I do try where possible to prevent guildies from opening unnecessary tickets so rather than her opening another one... could you take a look?

She contacted us on Friday 14th about missing out on Heroic: The Oculus and she was helped last Thursday (20th) with it:

We can only apologise if she was not contacted to be informed of this, but the issue she raised in her ticket was dealt with according to her request. If she does need anything else, she's more than welcome to let our Game Masters know. :]
