First of all, I was perfectly clear with what I said in my first post. Quote: " I will try to get an answer to this, but I'm afraid I can't give any guarantees. " Please respect this and don't try to state that I said something that I never did. I will not reply to further accusations like this one. That being said, you have NOT been forgotten and neither will you be. While I can not go into further details at this point, the issue is still on the table, it's just that everyone is extremely busy these days. I do however apologize for making it sound like the answer was coming soon in my original post. It has taken longer than I expected as well. |

Mind Flay was tested a lot during beta with higher scaling values, and it simply turned out to be too powerful. That is the reason why it works like it does today. |
