Mind Control bugged

Since 2.1 patch Mind Control is bugging in some instances like heroic Slave Pens. I cast the spell and channel but i dont take control of the target, wich aggros me. Its happened many times and we dont use Mind Control anymore because of this. Im not the only one having this problem since 2.1 patch, ive seen numerous posts in the priest forums about it. Very annoying please fix.
