I understand what you are trying to do for your Brother, and it is certainly admirable. However, it would unfortunately be against the rules. It’s 1 Battle.net account = 1 individual owner, same with WoW accounts. What you are proposing is the Walt Disney version of account trading/power-levelling and would be considered account sharing and against our Terms of Use.

Sorry, but your Brother will need to have his own account(s) and level his own characters like everyone else. =(
