Current issues on roleplaying realms:
1. Character naming rules are not being obeyed by many
2. Chats are being terribly abused (mainly /trade), every single minute
3. Roleplayers themselves are being constantly abused while trying to actually roleplay, by people who are not interested in RP besides trying to ruin it while having a great laugh
4. GMs rarely if ever have the time to respond to complaints and solve them according to realm rules

=> roleplaying is possible only within guilds or self-made ingame channels that can easily be penetrated by people who think calling RPers nerds, gay and suchlike will make them more awesome.

Way to fix roleplaying realms so that roleplayers who rolled on them to roleplay can do so without being under constant pressure:
1. Announce merging RP realms into a single EU RP realm
2. Define strict and clear rules allowing casual / non-RPers to play there WITHOUT being able to spoil general roleplay and public channels unpunished so that everyone can decide whether or not they want to take part
3. Offer free character transfer from current RP realms
4. Merge RP realms (= save money)
5. Assign only a few GMs dedicated to getting the realms rid of those who dont follow rules (= save money)
6. After people realise you really mean it, even less GMs will be needed for regular upkeep (=save more money)

Pros:
1. Blizzard saves money for having less realms with less GMs to operate them
2. Thanks to the merge the size of the community wont shrink much => keeping acceptable queues
3. Roleplaying community will have a place to do as they always wanted without being openly, harshly and legally disturbed by people who have no good reason to do so
4. 1337z0r community will transfer to wherever suits them best to their own kind
5. Roleplayers will stop leaving the game, more may come
