Maths: 2+2=???

However if you consider that water, like all other matter in the universe, is 'in motion' you will realise that it is constantly changing form. Even as you pour one of the containers into the other, some of it will evaporate. Using scientific levels of accurate measurement, adding 2 quarts of water to 2 quarts of water will never result in 4 quarts of water. Of course the difference is minimal to the point of being irrelevant, but a line must be drawn somewhere and, thankfully, scientists are that pedantic! |
