Lost Skills!! Why?

I dont play about one year.
And when i start play again, i have found, i lost my enchant and disenchant skills!
What the problem?
I carry this question to SUPPORT!

Hi Colored,

I have just taken a look at your character, and I can see that you have herbalism and tailoring as your primary professions. It is not possible for a profession to disappear without some kind of action by the player, and we will not be able to reimburse you any profession without proof of loss.
