Locking nerf threads...
| by Burmese | 14/03/2007 02:22:15 ...clearly describes the state of mind Blizzard is about balancing WoW. They cleary don't want it. And now, locking nerf threads? Clearly, at any point in WoW history, some things were not balanced. Some skills were not well made. And again, clearly, today some things are not balanced either. But obviously, they will find other sources of information than forum threads in order to make the necessary changes. One wonders, where will they look? Did they look, for example, to arena statistics, when they buffed the most played class in 2000+ 5v5 arena teams (the setting where the first pvp tournament for wow was made) even before the patch? Warriors... Blizzard's longtime proteges. Seriously, if you are going to lock down forum threads, at least look at your own database. Most played PvP classes. Most played classes in battlegrounds. In 1900+ teams. Classes people play for years and never stop playing... Then, maybe, it will be better that you started locking down threads, but you need to look where the real information lies... don't prove us you don't by buffing already overpowered and therefore, overplayed classes. |

Please read this thread before you post on these forums again: Forums Code of Conduct 1. Don't call for nerfs (Do not create nerf threads) Calling for a nerf on something is very provocative to those at the other end of the stick. Such threads are by nature unconstructive and in most cases considered trolling. 2. Do not post about locked threads Posts that are locked have a reason behind the moderation. We generally lock before we post on a locked thread to stop the violation in question as soon as possible, so if you have yet to see a comment by a member of the community team on a locked thread, please wait for it and do not post on the subject. If you have ideas and suggestions for ways to improve or change the game in any way, please use the suggestion forum! |
