We all know that as soon as you lock your xp bar you will never join a BG in your life again. Blizz need to fix this, and make it so 19, 29 etc can go in, but still have your xp bar locked to no xp gain, because it makes no difference its just i cant join a BG when i want to, i have to wait for peak times, and wait for 10mins.
