Hello.

I can connected to the servers and log onto a character fine. But after a minute or so my latency jumps insanely and i get disconnected. I just got wireless in my house so it's probably that which isn't configured correctly or something. Anyway, please help.

Hi Ganz,

Usually with Wireless connection issues it's usually a Driver or Firmware issue.

Please make sure you've got the latest Drivers for your Network Adapter and the latest Firmware for your Router.

If you're unsure of what you use, please refer to this guide:
http://eu.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=22628

A list of common updates is here:
http://eu.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=226230

If that doesn't help, we have seen some cases whereby altering the MTU settings that your network adapter uses can resolve this issue. To do this, firstly download Dr. TCP which can be found here; http://www.dslreports.com/drtcp

When it is downloaded, run it and then select your Network Adapter from the drop down list. Please then enter '1400' in the box marked MTU, click Save and then restart your system. Then, test the game to see if these settings have resolved this issue.

Let us know how this goes.

Hi again Ganz,

Just to make sure, are the Firmware updates not updates for your Router?
