Screw this. You lost yet another customer. Since the services you have to PAY for don't work and the phone support can't even speak proper english and the forum-thread gets locked then this is NOT worth my money. It's been a couple of funny years playing but obviously Blizzard can't even fix the payment issues after all these years so I'M OUT. My money can be spent better.
